From 30 October, tram no. 7 will run on the route “Ausekļa iela–Krasta masīvs”; bus no. 7T will run from the stop “Krasta masīvs” to the final stop “Ķengarags

From 30 October, tram track reconstruction works will start, so tram no. 7 will run on the route “Ausekļa iela–Krasta masīvs”, but bus no. 7T will run from the stop “Krasta masīvs” to the tram final stop “Ķengarags”. Passengers will be able to transfer between routes at the stop “Krasta masīvs”. The transfer time between routes will be 3 or 4 minutes, on some routes it could be 5 or 6 minutes.

Route 7 trams will run from Ausekļa iela to the temporary stop “Krasta masīvs” and back from the stop “Krasta masīvs” to Ausekļa iela.

Route 7T buses will run from the temporary stop “Krasta masīvs” along the tram tracks on Maskavas iela to the tram stop “Dienvidu tilts”, then along the carriageway of Maskavas iela, stopping at bus stops, to the temporary stop “Eglaines iela/Dole”, located on the carriageway of Maskavas iela near the tram final stop.

From the temporary stop “Eglaines iela/Dole”, the route will run along Maskavas iela to the bus stop “Dienvidu tilts”, then along the tram tracks to the temporary stop “Krasta masīvs” (towards the centre).

On some route 7T buses from “Eglaines iela/Dole” no further transfers are provided, as the bus runs in this direction to pick up passengers arriving by tram no. 7 from “Ausekļa iela” and continue to Ķengarags. The departure times of these buses will be displayed on the schedules for passengers.

Passengers transferring from the tram to the 7T bus or vice versa must register each trip.
